    Unexpected chaos and confusion

    The price was quite reasonable, a saving grace amidst the chaos. The central location allowed for quick access to local spots, nice during our frantic search for comfort.

    Checking in was a nightmare. The staff seemed clueless, leading to a long wait. The maintenance was lacking. The room had obvious signs of neglect and disrepair, made us uneasy.

    Overall, it's convenient base for exploring Hemet attractions. The hotel has amiable and helpful staff. The rooms are newly decorated and reasonably large. The location of the venue is favourable, just off California. Every time we stay in Hemet, like to stay here.

    I enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool with a shimmering waterfall with a serene escape. It was easily accessible, especially after a day of exploring the beautiful mountain scenery nearby.

    More seating areas for relaxation would be great.

    Traveling with our baby was easier than expected. The room had a great layout, and the staff ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay.

    The room had a decent price considering its central location, a plus. The staff's attitude was off-putting. They seemed uninterested and unhelpful when asked for local recommendations. The bathroom had a noticeable peep hole. On the plus side, I appreciated the local Nagasaki rice served nearby.

    It was just a smart choice for a brief retreat in Hemet with very good value for money. The staff, while not the friendliest, did eventually assist us with our needs. Always check the room before signing any paperwork if you decide to stay here.
